Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
